Sarah J. Baker is a graduate of McGill University’s Faculty of Law (Montreal, Canada) and the LL.M. program at Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR). She assists in preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and J-1 waiver applications for research scientists and foreign medical graduates.
