Rahman Bhora
Naveen Rahman Bhora is a senior attorney in the firm’s New York Office.
Ms. Bhora represents employers ranging from hospitals and universities to major multinationals and new and emerging businesses that utilize foreign nationals in their United States operations. Ms. Bhora has developed a particular expertise in extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher cases. She also represents physicians, registered nurses and allied healthcare workers, among others.
Ms. Bhora is an active member of the California Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is the former Treasurer of the Southern California Chapter of the AILA and is serving her second term on AILA’s Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee. She has participated as an invited speaker at immigration conferences for AILA and presented immigration seminars for physician groups and universities.
Ms. Bhora has been with our firm since 1999. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Relations, and magna cum laude from New York Law School with a Juris Doctor.
