Stevenson
Andrew Stevenson prepares immigrant and non-immigrant waivers of inadmissibility, analysis of immigration consequences of U.S. and foreign criminal matters, cases involving refusal of entry or removal with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, removal defense in U.S. Immigration Court and litigation in U.S. Federal Courts. Mr. Stevenson also handles family-based immigrant visa petitions (including VAWA and Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions) and applications for naturalization and U.S. citizenship, as well as employment-based immigrant petitions and nonimmigrant visas. He was listed in the 2009 edition of Southern California Super Lawyers, Rising Stars, and received AILF’s Edward L. Dubroff Award for excellence in scholarly writing on immigration. Mr. Stevenson serves on AILA’s 2009-10 National U.S. Customs and Border Protection Liaison Committee and has been the Liaison to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for the Southern California Chapter of AILA since 2007.
