USCIS has issued a revised I-9 with a revision date of (Rev. 08/07/09) that can be found in the lower right hand corner of the form. This version of the Form I-9 expires on 08/31/2012. USCIS has indicated that employers may continue to use either the 8/7/09 version or the 02/02/09 version of Form I-9.
